Wardour House and Oakfield House, are privately owned student accommodation situated in the residential area of Derriford in Plymouth - walking distance for students studying at:

- Argans Ltd.

- UCP Marjon

- Peninsula Medical School

- Peninsula Dental School (PCMD)

- Peninsula Allied Health Centre (PAHC)

- Derriford Hospital

The two houses were built in the Victorian period, hence the generous sized rooms and large sash windows which makes it a homely and comfortable place to live in.

Each student house has three floors with bedrooms on each level. There are two shared bathrooms, a large kitchen and a kitchenette.

Each house has a lounge/diner with a television, dining table, chairs and sofas.

There is also a shared private garden for you to enjoy and an adjoined area for parking.

For those that do not drive, there are two conveniently placed bus stops on either side of the road in front of the house should you wish to explore more of the city.

A short walk / bus ride will get you to the local shops, chain supermarkets and additional eateries.
